I am Venkateshwaran from Nelpettai practicing Vaasiyoga since 2 years. I was suffering from sinus, acidity. After 1 year of Vaasiyoga practice, I asked Sivaguru if I can go to Kailaya malai temple. Questioned if my health is suitable for this trip. Sivaguru told me you can go. I went to Kailaya trip before 15 days. The temparature there is only 5 to 10 degrees. Everyone faced many problems.
