Sivasithan by birth was a child having thoughts about nature and he was born at CHINNAMANUR (THENI DISTRICT) in the year 1977, he did his primary education at the ROTARY CLUB SCHOOL. There that age showed his inner thoughts through his well – wishers who believed that his words were happening truly.
